A really exotic place in the middle of tourist land:) I and my family loved it. The frogs, the outdoor bathroom and the tropical feel of the place. A safe heaven from all the big resorts. Quiet and clean. We will come back next time.

Used to be a great little hotel. People working there are still as nice and helpful as ever. But the place now shows its age, with many disfunctings here and there (tiles at the pool, water taps and showers out of age, and also some bad smells in bedrooms. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Koh Samui is an island full of mosquitos. Bath and toilet room is at outdoor, can t bathe if raining. Room is not properly clean, very dusty. Swimming pool is small but not many people using. Receptionist is not really good in english. Location is very good, 7-11 n pharmacy is just next block, food court n fisherman village is across the road. 40 min walk to Big C. For people who want to explore this island, it would b cheaper if u rent a car at THB 1200 from Surat Thani airport n drive into island. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Booking system is not validating the age of child. They expect customer to read d T&C carefully. It will be disappointed in the event of dispute.

As a family of 4 :2 children 12 and 9, we appreciated the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Our bed was very hard and the bathroom was without a wall and open to the elements and mosquitos. The kitchen had a fridge and kettle so good for beverages. The large open area was a waste of space as there is no seating area just a hard bench and massive mirror.The decor was old and needed refreshing although clean. The pool was cool, deep and quiet. Not suitable for young children. The staff were helpful with booking etc. The buffet breakfast was great. Bophut is noisy with the main road very close to this hotel- Very dangerous to cross with kids. The Fishermans village is expensive and not great quality- apart from the Kohinoor Indian Restaurant which had good deals and excellent chicken tikka masala. Much better off in Lamai. The beach is windy and sea rough and sand coarse. Not much to offer.Friday night is the street market on Walking street . That was excellent. Not a beach holiday area. Transport ie own car essential. The Coco Splash water park was good fun and worth a visit. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

I enjoyed my stay very much. It is a quiet small resort with nice rooms and a cosy pool side, but there is not enough space and sun beds for all guests. Staff provide good service but their English skills could be better. The beach and Fisherman s Village is a 10 minute walk, across the rather trafficked main road. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Пожалуй один из самый оптимальных вариантов проживания на о. Самуи для людей любящих активный отдых. В отеле можно взять на прокат скутер без залога и изучать остров самостоятельно по карте, которую так же можно взять в отеле. Жили в Самуи сьюте - двухкомнатный уютный номер(думаю, за 900 р. в сутки трудно найти что то подобное). 5 мин пешком до рыбацкой деревни, в которой можно вечером вкусно и разнообразно поужинать на берегу моря. Персонал очень приветливый. Уборка номера ежедневная. В ресторане готовят вкусно, никаких проблем не было. Вообщем красивый уютный отель-бутик. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very good hotel, everything was perfect!!! Liked it very-very-very much. Personnel is 1000% kindly, communicable, professional and unobtrusive. We ll definitely stay there again if go to koh Samui. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

I have lived in Thailand for around 12 years and have lived on Koh Samui 3 times, so, please take this into account. Overall: First impressions, not good, due to having to wait 10 minutes and go looking for a member of staff. I spoke to a woman, what first appeared to be a room maid, who was actually the receptionist. She informed me that check-in was 14:00/ 2p.m. Check-in is actually 13:00/ 1p.m How does she not know what is advertised on their own website. Room: First impressions, very good, nice. However, after having a closer look, you will find that the furnishings are very cheap quality, mainly the wood, and the outside bathroom was nice, but needs a little maintenance. Not all of the room amenities were supplied. (slippers, foot scraper)Not a problem to be honest. I really liked the TV with built in DVD. Location: Fine for me, as I know Samui and it was quiet. Value for money: Yes and No. If you book through Sawasdee.com and get a good price, then yes. However, I would hate to pay their prices as advertised on their website because of the quality. Staff: Only saw 5 members of staff and only 2 of them spoke to me. 2 Staff in the restaurant, avoided me like the plague, due to being a foreigner. 1 member of staff spoke to me only because she had to, receptionist. Another member of staff spoke to me because she was friendly and wanted to be helpful. I would only stay there again if the price was right. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The resort was smaller than we expected but this just added to its charm. All staff could not do enough to help us during our stay - they always had a ready smile and offered good local advise for us. We have been to Thailand 3 times and would definitely stay at Samui Heritage resort again. Only downside, if you like sitting around the pool, there aren t many sun loungers so you ll have to get up early! other than that, the beach is a few minutes walk away where you can get free sunbeds with waiter service - what more could you ask for - again, Samui Heritage will definitely be on our wishlist for future visits to Thailand [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Breakfast wasnt great. problem booking a car for me. delayed me 2 hours. kept telling me 5 mins. then 30 minutes etc. Lovely charming hotel. very personal. Outside toilet and shower can be a surprise!! spiders, mossies. would stay there again [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
